The series of Nuclear Security Summit, initiated by President Barack Obama, was held biennially, four times since 2010, and played an important role in promoting international efforts to enhance nuclear security. Despite Russia's refusal to participate in the fourth meeting, these summit-level meetings have gained both international and domestic attention, which have led to remarkable improvements in the field of nuclear security of each participating country. Therefore, there is an urgent need to take continuous measures to keep this momentum alive even after the final Nuclear Security Summit concluded in 2016. The challenges in strengthening nuclear security, prospects in the post-Nuclear Security Summit phase, as well as efforts and measures that Japan should pursue are investigated.

We have compiled and refined the information materials to explain ENTRY (Engineering Scale Test and Research Facility) and QUALITY (Quantitative Assessment Radionuclide Migration Experimental Facility). These include information materials to show activities for research and development of radioactive waste disposal in Tokai Works such as panels of experimental equipments. This work was carried out by a working group in Waste Isolation Research Division, Waste Management and Fuel Cycle Research Center; Tokai Works in 1998
2000. We have developed database for above information materials including typical experimental equipments of ENTRY and QUALITY. In the future, it can be easily refind in case of reconstruction of the experimental equipments. This report presents the database including the experimental equipments and several pamphlet.

The 3rd international forum on nuclear non-proliferation was held on 23-25 February 1998 at the Nadao hall of the Shin-kasumigaseki building, in Tokyo, Japan. The forum was organized by the nuclear non-proliferation study group. It was the goal of the nuclear non-proliferation study group to create a forum program that would be both interesting and informative. After some examination, the study group felt that the topics of most interest were the pursuit of the compatibility of the peaceful use of nucleare nergy and the maintenance of the non-proliferation regime. Another area receiving much attention as of late is the disposition of excess weapons plutonium. To address these areas, the forum was divided into three sessions and a special full day session which was devoted completely to the plutonium disposition issue.
